Some of our Corporate Training Course Offerings

The Introduction to Agile Scrum Fundamentals will function as a workshop to familiarize participants with the concepts, methods, and practical techniques of Agile-Scrum software development. The Agile Scrum Fundamentals will touch on the history of Agile and the fundamentals of strategic planning through story writing, execution, and delivery. The Agile Scrum Fundamentals workshop provides an opportunity for a team to become immersed in Agile while quickly becoming aware of best practices so they can be leveraged for successful Agile project delivery.

The Kanban process is ideal for groups that have one or more of these characteristics:
- They respond effectively to requests for work;
- They do not the control the content and timing of the requests;
- They mainly deal with rapidly-changing priorities that may preempt previous requests; and
- They do much of their work with one or more repeatable workflows.
Kanban is commonly used in Customer Support, IT Operations, Software Maintenance, Marketing, and other request-driven environments. Our Kanban Training curriculum explains the concepts underlying Kanban and we demonstrate how to optimize the effectiveness of Kanban by planning and tracking work. Our exercises promote understanding through hands-on experience and participants leave with a better understanding of how to leverage Kanban for Project Delivery.

In this workshop, attendees will learn the basics of JIRA, the leading software-requirements management tool for Agile. The workshop will cover JIRA-Agile fundamentals as well as using JIRA for searches and filters. Attendees will learn how to leverage JIRA to improve and manage their work. The course will go over basic navigation of JIRA, what issue types are available, how to create, edit, and transition an issue, saving, editing, and managing searches and filters, as well as creating an Agile board, planning a sprint, managing, working and reporting. Through this course, attendees will develop a thorough understanding of key JIRA concepts and skills. This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about the basics of JIRA, and how they can better use the tool going forward.

Bush Agility offers certified trainings that allow an organization to gain knowledge to lead an enterprise Agile Transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its underlying principles of lean thinking, and product development flow.
